This e-mail is to thank you so much for your wonderful service in placing my daughters’ father into Carrington in Shafter. The fact that the service you provide is free was so helpful to the family. Your help made everything easy and simple in this very important and emotional transition.
You, the placement service, and all the staff are wonderful! Thank you!
Thanks so much for checking. We are so blessed to have Ron living there. I will always be thankful to you for your help in making this happen. I see him almost daily and he is comfortable and content. I couldn’t be more pleased. My stress level has been reduced 100%. Thank you, thank you!
Thank you so much for all your support and words of encouragement during this difficult time placing my father. Hi Tim- my mom is doing well, and loves it at (omitted). We are able to take her dogs to our visits, which she loves. She has gotten close with the activities [sic] director, and they let her help out with the different activities. I have not encountered anything negative, and I know she is in the right place. I can’t thank you enough for all your help in her placement.
Mom is in excellent care with Neil as well as Annie. It’s like night and day. Never ever will I recommend “community living” to anyone who is looking for a safe place for their Mom or Dad. I’ll have them call 661-Tim Kounter . Thank you Tim for all that you do. You’ve been a blessing.
We want to thank you so much for all you did for our mother. You made everything so much easier for all of us.
You are wonderful!

Dear Tim – There are not enough words to adequately express our appreciation for what you have done for us. We reached out to you in desperation just before our mom was to be released from the hospital with no where to go. You not only calmed our fears, but found a great place for her to live. Our hope upon discharge was for Mom to be able to return to her own home. When we realized we had to devise a new plan, you orchestrated the perfect solution. We are all much relieved and Mom is settling in nicely. Thank you, Tim, from the bottom of our hearts, for caring for our elderly Mom like she was your own. God bless you for all that you are doing every day in the lives of others just like us.

Thanks be to God, a staff member handed us your pretty brochure. I completed the online information and received a warm and understanding phone call from dear Ashley.
Thanks to your fine organization, our mom, Margie, has found a safe and happy place to live! She thinks her new home is “so pretty!” And for a very shy lady, she is adjusting wonderfully. A very special thank-you goes to your Ashley! She is smart, professional, and very sensitive to the needs of the seniors she serves, as well as to the families who love them. What a sweetheart!
God bless all you dear ladies for your hard work in helping families find solutions to difficult circumstances! Tim and I are sleeping well at night, knowing our mom is in good hands. By the way, she said two members of your team brought some teddy bears by today; she said her bear is so soft and cuddly, and she was very delighted to receive him!
